- I was born in Brazil and immigrated to the States as an adult. I am a full-time public servant and a part-time grad student. I am married to a truly wonderful man who understands and supports my love for the fiber arts and fuels me to continue. I also have an emotional assistance for my designing projects: Rivkah, my Bichon Frise. Her fur is the closest thing to a sheep, but she doesn't shed, so, unfortunately, I am unable to spin her fur into yarn.
